Meet Lily: The New Thread Helping Guide Your Ariadne Coaching Journey

At Ariadne Coaching, we spend a lot of time talking about potential, growth, and helping people navigate important transitions. Every once in a while, though, you meet someone whose curiosity, maturity, and presence leave an impression long before there is any professional opportunity to work together.

About a year and a half ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Lily Baker through the CEO for a Day program, where I facilitate a Hogan leadership workshop and have the opportunity to meet remarkable semi-finalists in both Ottawa and Montréal.

Lily was one of those people.

Sometimes, you meet someone and think: "I Hope Our Paths Cross Again."

I remember being struck by Lily’s thoughtfulness, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and genuine curiosity about people and leadership. She carried herself with a confidence that felt grounded rather than performative, and it was clear she was someone who genuinely wanted to make a positive impact.

Fast forward to today, and I am delighted to share that Lily is officially joining the Ariadne Coaching Team as our new Client Solutions Specialist.

In this role, Lily will help ensure that every interaction with Ariadne Coaching reflects the care, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness we strive to bring to our work. She'll often be one of the first people prospective clients meet as they begin exploring coaching, leadership development, workshops, or assessments. She'll support coach matching, content development, community initiatives, and help us continue building meaningful experiences for the leaders, teams, and individuals we serve.

Lily also brings a strong interest in mental health, resilience, learning, and community engagement, along with a refreshing openness to innovation and emerging technologies. As Ariadne Coaching continues to grow and explore new ways of supporting clients and our coaching community, I know her creativity, resourcefulness, and human-centered approach will be tremendous assets.

One of the joys of entrepreneurship is that sometimes you get to reconnect with talented people at just the right moment. This feels like one of those moments.
